Michelle’s Main Event offers a partial planning experience designed for 

couples who want expert guidance without giving up creative control.  We walk alongside you, for up to 12 months, offering 

structure, insight, and calm support every step of the way. From personalized planning checklists, vendor recommendations, and timeline development to a seamless wedding day.  Think of us as your planning partner as you move forward with clarity

and confidence.

Basic Coordination

Michelle’s Main Event offers a final month coordination experience 

designed for couples who have conquered the planning, but want a 

professional to bring it all together before the big day.  In the final 4 weeks, 

we step in to align details, confirm logistics, & ensure nothing is overlooked.  Let us help you release stress & finish strong with vendor confirmations, a refined timeline, a final walk through & coordination of all moving parts.  Enter your wedding day feeling 

prepared & present.

Custom Start Up

NEW!!!  Michelle’s Main Event offers a custom start up experience designed for newly engaged couples who want to establish their wedding's foundation 13 months in advance or more. We provide hands on support with venue discovery and selection, followed by the thoughtful curation of a refined vendor team aligned with your style, values, and investment level.  This package can be paired with another to provide the complete long-term roadmap for the entire planning journey.
